The smoked salmon BBQ is available on Saturday, July 12, from 11 AM - 9 PM and Sunday, July 13, from 11 AM - WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. To get your hands on this delectable Salmon BBQ plate, purchase tokens at the Information Booth adjacent to the Salmon BBQ area on Market Street.
